Shipping policy

Orders typically get processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.  A shipping confirmation gets emailed automatically, so if you haven't received it, please check your spam folder.

We are delighted to offer our $5.85 Flat Rate Shipping rate to our retail customers here in the USA!  Please note that we will choose the GROUND delivery method and, in some cases, delivery may take up to 10 business days depending on where you're located.

If you need more control over your delivery time, please consider another delivery option from the shipping options at checkout.  Keep in mind Non-Express orders may take up to 2 business days to leave our facilities.  Only Express shipments placed by 2:00pm leave the same business day.
